1 AUGUST 2014
This is my last blog before I embark on a family holiday kayaking around the beautiful Greek Island of Milos, as I did it last year on my honeymoon – I am excited to share the adventure. Rough and ready but enormous fun, my kind of holiday!
Talking of fun, where did the last few weeks go? Now that work is so enjoyable I sometimes confuse my social life with it, apparently you can only have so many ‘meetings’ in Costa before that old phrase rears its ugly head, “so what have you been doing all day?” Erm!!
I have a Body Logic class conundrum and I need your help. Some people love to do and learn different things each week whilst others prefer to get familiar with a routine so they feel more confident. In my first blog I stated that to try and please everyone would be to invite certain failure, however I would like to get a general opinion so a happy balance can be found. The fact that I get bored very easily will have a slight impact on the outcome of this vote! Let me know your thoughts.
Don’t panic but there will be skipping ropes joining the collection of toys that I am amassing for your enjoyment! Having watched many of you try this out it has been hilarious to see a long forgotten skill burst back into life. I have seen so many different ways of skipping now (I think some were invented on the spot) that I am confident there is a level for everyone and if we don’t have a few giggles then I promise to throw them away
Another Business Breakfast is under my belt and this time I wore more clothes, remembered to mention Tessfit and thoroughly enjoyed myself. I was nervous and nearly ate the black pudding by mistake but apart from that it all went well. The outcome is that a MENS class will start in September. More on that next time but warn your husbands, I am coming to get them!!
