Adaptable Fun Fitness
Had I not mentioned the Indian summer we would not have had one, so you have me to thank that the last two weeks have been lovely! I even went back to Polzeath yesterday for a last bit of body boarding before my wetsuit retires to the loft.
Thank you to everyone who completed forms for the Body Logic class for Men. Most of you will now be thrilled to know that classes start on Thursday 18th September, those whose wives filled in their forms may not be so excited! However, now is not the time to have second thoughts but the time to focus on the benefits of attending such a class. You may think it is too late to apply the LOGIC (look good in clothes) to your life, or that it only applies to women. Think again, come to the class and all will become clear.
It has been an interesting summer for me and those who are connected to my life in one way or another. Family have seen more of me in the last few months than they did in the whole of 2013. Relationships with friends have changed, become stronger, maybe reignited, and having known some for many years only now am I really getting to ‘know’ them. It is wonderful and humbling at the same time. How little time must I have given…..?
Classes are getting busier and the diversity of clients more varied. This is very satisfying to see as the Body Logic ethos behind the way I structure the classes seems to be far more adaptable than I first thought possible. These comments were made by a lady who would have considered herself quite disabled by an accident last year and unable to take exercise in any true form.
“I was so impressed today with your class. It was so casually professional you have got it just right. It seems you are doing what comes into your head but it all fits into the music and is exactly the right length for your standard of clients and is so cleverly choreographed that you never feel the exercises are boring.”
These comment made my day!
As tans fade our thoughts turn to Christmas, well mine do as I get very excited about the festive season, it can’t come soon enough for me! No Christmas humbugs allowed would be my motto. Another thing to take your mind off dark nights will be music, I would like to start receiving requests. Any song that you think would be fun to have in class I can work with so get your ipods out and share your favourites with us all.
That’s it for now as I have classes to prepare, stay in touch
