Does winter make you SAD?
If the thought of shorter days and less sunlight makes you worry about the changes this winter will bring to your mental wellbeing you could be one of the many people who suffer from Seasonal Affective Disorder.
As I am no expert in this field I have used a link which gives advice and guidance for anyone who wants to know more. It was heartening to read that regular exercise can help reduce the symptoms of SAD which means that Tessfit could play a part in making some people’s winter a happier experience 🙂
I am one of the lucky ones that welcomes each new season with optimism and anticipation of all the good things that are to come. People often ask me where I get all my energy from and how I remain so happy and upbeat. Apart from being blessed in general? I credit this state of being to feeling fit & healthy.
I hope to keep everyone smiling with me whatever the winter may throw at us and infect you all with my huge enthusiasm for Christmas! Here is the link….
